甘绩丕 (November 12, 1905 – March 7, 1978) was a Chinese politician and mayor of Zigong during the Nationalist government's rule. He worked covertly for the Communist Party, preparing for the takeover of Zigong and opposing the arrest of student protestors. 甘绩丕 facilitated the peaceful transfer of power to the People's Liberation Army in December 1949, leading to a notable orderliness during the city's liberation. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, he became the deputy mayor of Zigong until his passing in 1978.
