Chen Jide (April 1920 – April 18, 1990) was a Chinese People's Liberation Army general born in Tongkou Town, Anxin County, Hebei Province. He participated in the guerrilla forces in 1937 and joined the Communist Party in 1938. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, he held various political positions in the military. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, he continued to serve in prominent military and political roles until his death in 1990. He was awarded the rank of Colonel and received several military honors.
