Cheng Mingsheng (March 1903 - January 1990) was a Chinese politician from Lingbao County, Henan. He attended Tianjin Beiyang University in 1924 and later studied at Waseda University in Japan. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, he served as the county head of Xiuwu, organizing local resistance and later worked at the Eighth Route Army's first military factory. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, he held several important positions including Deputy Minister of Military Industry in Northeast China.
