葉華成 (March 8, 1913 – November 22, 2002) was a brewery expert who returned to his hometown in Kinmen, Fujian after being born in Nanyang. He founded the Jincheng Winery and was the first technician of the Kowloon River Distillery, which was the precursor to Kinmen Distillery. Notably, he is regarded as the master of Kinmen sorghum liquor. Later in his life, he became an English teacher.
