Vladimir Borisovich Petrovsky, born on December 23, 1964, in Boryspil, Kyiv Region, Ukraine, is a Ukrainian public figure, publicist, singer, and head of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization 'All-Ukrainian Parliament of Working Disabled'. He is one of only two people in the world to receive a sports category in parachuting after losing his eyesight (2013). He has been visually impaired since childhood, losing his sight due to a severe illness in 1966.
