Chương Dzềnh Quay (1928) was a general in the Army of the Republic of Vietnam, holding the rank of Brigadier General. He was among the first graduates from the Joint Military Academy when the National Army was newly formed. He served in the infantry and rose from platoon leader to division commander. He held various roles including staff and administrative positions, ultimately serving as chief of staff at the corps level.
