Robin C. Porter (born March 28, 1933) is an American diplomat and politician. He served as the U.S. Consul General in Kyiv from 1976 to 1980 and was a member of the Republican Party. Additionally, he was a State Senator in Rhode Island from 1992 to 1996, contributing to both diplomatic and legislative fields throughout his career.
