Evgeny Vladimirovich Romasko is a Russian ice hockey referee born on January 17, 1982, in Kalinin. He officiated in the Kontinental Hockey League for several years before moving to North America in 2014. In March 2015, he became the first Russian referee to officiate an NHL game, being only the second European referee to do so after Marcus Vinnerborg. As of the 2018/19 season, Romasko has returned to the KHL.
