حسن الخزاعي is an Iraqi lyricist and poet, born in Baghdad's Al-Jaifir Al-Fahama area on June 28, 1951. He graduated from the College of Media at the University of Baghdad. Recognized as a pioneering poet, he excelled in writing classical poetry, popular texts, and songs. His first published poems appeared in the magazine 'Kol Shai' in 1969, responding to a piece by poet Nazim Al-Samawi. He gained fame for a poignant poem written after his father's passing, which resonated widely. He was also an active participant in the Al-Atefiya Youth Forum, fostering a creative cultural environment.
