محمد نبيه شعار was a Syrian author and poet born on January 25, 1941, in Aleppo. He received his primary education in Aleppo and studied law at Aleppo University. In the 1960s, he worked as a broadcaster and program presenter at radio stations in Aleppo and Damascus. From the 1970s to the late 1990s, he contributed to both Syrian and Saudi journalism. His notable works include 'تراب الغرباء', 'بالع السكين', and 'تفاح ازرق للبنت'. He passed away in Aleppo on March 30, 2009.
