Kим Роман Ухенович, born on May 8, 1955, in Ustobe, Almaty Region, is a Kazakhstani politician and the president of the Kazakhstan Korean Association. He has a background in veterinary medicine and law, and he has held various positions, including head of the regional laboratory and vice president of 'Kombikorm'. He served as the mayor of Karatal District from 1999 to 2002. Elected to the Parliament of Kazakhstan in 2012, he is a member of the Korean Council for Peace and Democratic Unification. He has received multiple state awards and honors.
