Musin Korgan Nurkhanuly (born 1926) was a prominent Soviet politician who served as the Minister of Rural Construction of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic from 1970. After graduating from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Mechanization of Agriculture in 1953, he held various engineering and technical roles. He was a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1959 and served as the Deputy Minister of Agriculture from 1966 to 1970, while also being a member of the Supreme Soviet.
