Արթուր Դերենիկի Խաչատրյան (born March 17, 1960, in Jrashen) is an Armenian freedom fighter and commander. He served as a colonel in the Armenian army in 1999. He graduated from the Armenian State Institute of Physical Culture in 1981 and the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in 1997. He participated in several battles during the Nagorno-Karabakh war and has been awarded military honors for his service.
