Vladik Mnatsakan Khachatryan (March 17, 1950 - December 6, 1992) was an Armenian freedom fighter and scout involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh movement. He served in the Soviet Armed Forces from 1970 to 1972 and was later the president of the Martuni Blind Union from 1974 to 1988. He participated in various battles for self-defense and liberation from 1988 to 1992. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Martakaghach and is buried in Martuni.
