Arthur Arustamyan, born on April 15, 1962, in Baku, was an Armenian freedom fighter and participant in the Artsakh Liberation War. He played a significant role in the struggle for independence during the conflict. His life was cut short when he passed away on February 5, 1993, in Vaghuhas, Martakert District.
