Mарат Темиров (born 1943) is a retired Kyrgyz rear admiral who graduated from the F.E. Dzerzhinsky Naval Engineering School in Leningrad in 1966. He served on various nuclear submarines in the Northern Fleet starting that year. He held leadership positions at the military maritime school in Bishkek from 1975 to 1980 and led the KSTU in Osh. From 1987, he was the chairman of the Central Committee of the KSTU (Defense Sports Technical Organization) in Kyrgyzstan. He has received several awards, including the Order of the Patriotic War.
