Josip Mišlov was a lieutenant colonel in the Croatian fascist Ustaše. He was involved in the genocide of Serbs in the Independent State of Croatia, notably orchestrating the Banja Luka massacre alongside military chaplain Miroslav Filipović, during which approximately 2,300 Serbs, mainly women, elderly men, and around 500 children were killed in the Bosnian city of Banja Luka on February 7, 1942.
