Petr Nikolayevich Goltsov (April 27, 1912 – April 27, 1985) was a Soviet engineer known for his work in the design of automation devices for nuclear weapons. He was educated at the Krasin Technological School and completed three years at the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of Moscow State University. Goltsov's career spanned from 1930, working as a master at a Moscow electrical plant, to a prominent role at VNIIP, where he progressed to Deputy Chief Designer.
