Salomón Osorno Coleman Padilla, also known as Commander Blas, is a Nicaraguan military, social, and political figure born on October 6, 1954, in Kum. He is one of the leaders of the Miskito Indian movement and an active participant in the civil war on the side of the Contras, commanding armed groups MISURASATA, KISAN, and YATAMA. After the war, he organized Miskito socio-political structures and founded the veterans' movement YAAD, becoming an ideologue of indigenous identity and a staunch opponent of Sandinism.
