Valentina Fedorovna Nikitina (February 23, 1919 – October 13, 2006) was a Soviet otolaryngologist and an honored doctor of the RSFSR. She graduated from Tomsk Medical Institute in 1942 and served as a surgeon during the war. Nikitina conducted extensive research on otosclerosis, developing surgical techniques credited with over 5,000 operations. She was awarded the Lenin Prize in 1964 and was recognized as a distinguished health worker in 1975. She passed away on October 13, 2006, and is buried at Khovanskoye Cemetery.
