Arthur Garibyan, also known as Dudul, was an Armenian hero of the Artsakh War. He was the commander of the Assault Detachment of the Shushi Special Battalion. He was born in Stepanavan in 1967 and graduated from the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Fine Arts, majoring in sculpture. He fought in the Artsakh War, participating in the defense of the border regions of Armenia, the Shahumyan region of the Republic of Artsakh, the liberation of Shushi, Krkajan, Martuni, and other battles. He was killed in action on November 6, 1992, during a battle for the village of Srkhaven in the Martuni region of the Republic of Artsakh.
