Konstantin Vasilyevich Khirny (born February 23, 1937, in Kharkiv) was a Soviet political figure. He served as the first secretary of the Kharkiv City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. He was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, he was a deputy in the 11th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR.
