David Samoilovich Galperin (July 7, 1925 – 1993) was a Soviet journalist who participated in World War II and was awarded the Medal for Courage. He was the son of Samuil Yefimovich Galperin, a bookkeeper, and Pesya (Polya) Davidovna Rabinovich from the Vinnytsia region of Ukraine. After the war, he worked at the Orenburg Military District newspaper and later at the 'Leninets' newspaper in Ufa. In the late 1970s and 1980s, he served as the responsible secretary of the Union of Journalists of Bashkortostan until his death.
