Alexander Venidiktovich Ivashchenko (born April 2, 1916, in Mykolaiv) was a Soviet party leader and deputy of the 8th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR. He served as a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1961 to 1966 and again from 1971 to 1976. Additionally, he was a deputy of the 6th convocation of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and was a candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union during 1961-1966.
