Olexandr Hryhorovych Nosaniov, born on December 7, 1948, in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, is a Ukrainian Soviet figure who served as the chief engineer of the Kramatorsk Metallurgical Plant named after Kuibyshev. He also served as a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR for the 11th convocation.
