Konstantin Grigoryevich Nosov (August 5, 1937 – January 7, 1996) was a Soviet industrial leader known for his role as director of metallurgical plants. He served as a deputy in the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR during its 11th convocation and was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, he was a People's Deputy of the Soviet Union from 1989 to 1991 and earned a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in 1990.
