Gagik Sergey Ghazinyan is an Armenian lawyer born on March 6, 1955, in Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR. He earned a Doctorate in Legal Sciences in 2000 and became a professor in 2002. Ghazinyan is a corresponding member of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences since 2006 and has been a full member since 2014. He was awarded the title of Honored Lawyer of Armenia in 2003 and serves as a member of the Council of Justice of Armenia.
