Metropolitan Theoclitus, born Michail Rokas, was a bishop in the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. He served as the Metropolitan of Metria and Athyra. He was born on January 2, 1939, on the island of Halki in the Princes' Islands and passed away on April 22, 2004, in Istanbul. His leadership was notable within the Greek Orthodox Church and he contributed significantly to its religious community.
