Araksya Mkrtchyan Avetisyan (born October 1, 1918, in Alexandrapol, Armenia) is an Armenian physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. She earned her Candidate of Medical Sciences in 1962 and became a professor in 2000. She is recognized for her contributions to the field of medicine and is a member of the International Academy of Ecology and Life Safety since 2003.
