Arsen Razmiki Darbinyan (Armenian: Արսեն Ռազմիկի Դարբինյան; born April 26, 1958) is a politician from Armenia. He served as a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia from 1999 to 2003, contributing to the legislative process during his tenure in parliament.
