Andrei Karpovich Ryaboklyach was a Ukrainian Soviet figure and journalist born on October 6, 1923, in the village of Pevtsy, now in Kagharlyk Raion, Kyiv Oblast. He worked as the responsible editor of the newspaper 'Soviet Ukraine' and served as a deputy in the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR during the 7th and 8th convocations. He was a candidate for membership in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine from 1966 to 1971 and a member from 1971 to 1976. Ryaboklyach also held a candidate of historical sciences degree and was an associate professor.
