Grigory Tikhonovich Kazmin (November 29, 1916 – September 29, 2001) was a Soviet and Russian agronomist, breeder, and educator. He was born in Orlovka, Voronezh Oblast and later became an honorary citizen of Khabarovsk. Throughout his career, Kazmin made significant contributions to plant breeding and agricultural education.
