Azat Alekseevich Khachaturov (born May 9, 1945) is a Soviet military leader. He participated in combat operations in Afghanistan and Chechnya. He served as the assistant commander and head of personnel management in the military command. He also worked as an inspector in the Southern Military District. In 1991, he earned a candidate degree in historical sciences. He holds the rank of Major General.
