Аляксандр Трафімаўіч Кічкайла (born 1933) is a Belarusian economic and governmental figure. He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Belarusian SSR and as Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee. Awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of Brest Region in 2009 and recognized as a Merited Builder of the Belarusian SSR. He holds a PhD in Technical Sciences, achieved in 1975.
