Alexander Andreyevich Fotov (March 18, 1930 – June 22, 2001) was a Russian metallurgist who served as the first secretary of the Pervouralsk City Committee of the Communist Party from 1969 to 1972. He was also the head of Soyuztrubostali from 1981 to 1987. A distinguished metallurgist of the RSFSR, he was awarded the State Prize of the USSR for his significant contributions to the metallurgical industry.
