Ivan Efimovich Mitsenko (February 11, 1911 – January 19, 1997) was a singer and educator from Russia. He graduated from the Gnesin State Musical College and studied at the Bolshoi Theatre studio. Mitsenko was a soloist for the Bolshoi Theatre and the Moscow Concert, performing notable opera roles. During WWII, he served as a soloist for the Alexandrov Ensemble, giving over 1000 concerts. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star and authored the popular song 'About Velikiye Luki', which celebrated the heroism of the frontlines.
