Іван Степанович Паришкура (January 30, 1903 – December 30, 1982) was a Ukrainian plant breeder known for his work with pea and lupin. He held the title of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences and served as a deputy in the Tambov regional council of the USSR from 1939 to 1941. Additionally, he was a veteran and participant in the Great Patriotic War from 1941 to 1945.
