Sergey Alexandrovich Kramarev, born on April 12, 1954, in Kyiv, is a Ukrainian pediatric infectious disease specialist and helminthologist. He has nearly 40 years of medical experience and holds the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences since 1991, becoming a professor in 1993. Kramarev has served as the chief pediatric infectious disease specialist at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine from 1992 to 2010. He is known for his extensive contributions to medicine, having authored over 350 scientific works and received numerous awards. He currently teaches at Bogomolets National Medical University and practices in Kyiv.
