Stepan Aleksandrovich Kudria, born on March 20, 1947, is a Ukrainian expert in alternative and renewable energy sources. He is a Doctor of Technical Sciences (1996) and a Professor (2006). He completed his studies at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 1971 and has worked extensively in renewable energy, authoring 375 scientific works and 21 monographs, including a textbook on unconventional and renewable energy sources. Since 2016, he has been the director of the Institute of Renewable Energy at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
