Harach Karapeti Chilingirian (born December 16, 1962) is an American and English Armenian scholar specializing in Armenian studies and sociology. He focuses on the modern and contemporary history of the Armenian Church, the contemporary history of Armenian communities in the Middle East, Armenian-Turkish relations, and interethnic issues in the Caucasus. He is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Oxford, holding a doctorate in social sciences and master's degrees in theology and public administration.
