陳亞扁 (1927年12月16日—2017年5月11日) 是中國抗日戰爭時期的一名慰安婦，黎族人。1942年春季，她被日本軍隊捕捉並成為性奴隸，後被轉至崖縣藤橋慰安所，直至日本投降。2001年，她與其他海南慰安婦生還者一起控告日本政府，然而屢次敗訴。她於2017年去世，享年89歲。
