Lev Zinner (Lev Yakovlevich Zinner, born December 31, 1938) is an electrical engineer known for his contributions to the field of electrical engineering. He earned his doctorate in technical sciences in 1980 and became a professor in 1981. Zinner served as the head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Kazan University of Technology from 1977 until the 1990s. He has been recognized as an honored figure in science and technology in Tatarstan, receiving accolades for his work and expertise.
