Zuber Gadzhiyevich Jafarov, born on February 12, 1959, in Novy Afon, is a Soviet and Russian boxing coach. He serves as a trainer-educator at the Federal State Institution ‘CSP’ and as a coach for the national teams of Dagestan and Russia. Jafarov has personally trained several esteemed Russian boxers, including Timur Gaidalov, Magomed Omarov, Magomed Abdulkhamidov, and Vadim Musaev. He was awarded the title of Honored Coach of Russia in 1993.
