Анастасий, born Anatoly Nikolayevich Surzhik on December 2, 1946, in Vladivostok, is a bishop of the non-canonical Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR) with the title 'Bishop of Vladivostok and the Far East.' Prior to 1993, he served as a priest in the Moscow Patriarchate, where he belonged to the official church structure in Russia before transitioning to the non-canonical jurisdiction.
