Karen Mkrtichovich Galustyan (born January 5, 1951) is an Armenian statesman and scholar. He graduated with a gold medal from Kalinino secondary school before pursuing studies in electrical engineering at the Yerevan Polytechnic Institute. Over the years, he held various academic and administrative positions, including Vice Minister and Minister of Energy of Armenia. Galustyan has also had roles in joint Russian-Armenian enterprises and has served in leadership roles in several companies focused on technology, investment, and energy sectors.
