Henrikh Sargsi Garibov (born March 5, 1937, Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, USSR) is a Soviet scientist in metallurgy and special machine engineering. He earned a Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in 1984 and became a professor in 1990. He was elected as an academician of the Engineering Academy of Armenia in 1995, the Moscow Engineering Academy in 1996, and the Russian Engineering Academy in 1996. He was recognized as an Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation in 2003.
