Düsen Kurabay oğlu Kaseyinov (born March 10, 1947, in Biysk, Altay Krai) is a prominent Kazakh figure who served as the Secretary General of TÜRKSOY from 2008 to 2022. He was also the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2003 to 2004. Kaseyinov has held significant roles in cultural diplomacy and has been involved in promoting Turkic culture across countries.
