Born in the Semipalatinsk region, he started his career in education before graduating from the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical College in 1933. He worked as a mathematics and physics teacher and held various educational administrative positions. Kudyshiev also served in World War II, contributing significantly to media and education in Kazakhstan.
