Nina Alexandrovna Romanova (born March 8, 1940) is a former Soviet volleyball player who played as a setter. She represented the Odessa team 'Burevestnik' from 1957 to 1963 and the USSR national team from 1960 to 1963. Romanova won a silver medal at the 1962 Women's Volleyball World Championship and was a champion at the 1961 World University Games. After retiring in 1963, she married footballer Yuri Romanov and worked at various educational and medical institutions, becoming a candidate of medical sciences.
