Valery Anatolyevich Skrylyov (born October 28, 1954, in Leningrad, RSFSR) is a Russian figure in martial arts, a coach, and the official representative of Yamada-sensei in Russia. He served as the President of the Aikido Federation of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region from 1992 to 2018, playing a significant role in the development of aikido in the area.
